I wore these glasses for approx 1 week before writing this review. I am prone to light induced migraines so something that could decrease the frequency of them would be a life changer and I wanted to give enough time testing these glasses to see if they actually helped. Which I am thrilled to say they did. With work, my own small business and my hobbies I stare at a computer monitor for 16 hours a day. Some days as much as 18 hours. If I spend 4-6 hours in front of a computer screen and go outside into natural lighting, 90% of the time I’m going to get a migraine. The harsh change in light triggers one almost every time. Normally I wear regular sunglasses indoors and out to combat this. It works but the downsides are 1 looking like an idiot wearing sunglasses inside and 2 when I do end up removing them I usually get a migraine just in time for bed. With these glasses I can wear them indoors and outdoors without question and when I take them off at night it isn’t such a harsh transition that it triggers a migraine. I’ve worn these glasses every single day for 16+ hours of the last 7 days. I can say they are comfortable, affordable and they work as intended. I’m actually very thankful for these things. Everyday I don’t have a migraine is a good day and everyday has been good since I’ve started wearing these.
